Text messages from Eva

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Eva (EVA-SOLUTION LLC) sends one kind of text message: a one-time sign-in code, and only when you ask for it on an Eva sign-in screen. This page shows exactly where and how you agree to that.

1. The program

2. How you opt in

The opt-in happens on the sign-in screen of the Eva apps (iOS and Android): the Eva customer app, the Eva Owner app and the Eva Staff app. You type your own mobile number and tap the button. Nothing is sent until you tap it. Directly below the button, the screen shows:

Eva customer app (button “Send code”):
“By tapping Send code, you agree to receive a one-time sign-in code by text from Eva. One message per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy · Terms”

Eva Owner and Eva Staff apps (button “Text me a code”):
“By tapping Text me a code, you agree to receive a one-time sign-in code by text from Eva. One message per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy · Terms”

“Privacy” and “Terms” open eva-solution.net/privacy and eva-solution.net/terms.

4. Your information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

5. Texts from your salon

Appointment confirmations and reminders come from your salon, under the salon’s own name and number, with its own opt-in and opt-out. They are not part of this program — see Texts from your salon.
