Eva is a booking and salon-management service used by nail and hair salons and their customers. If something is not working, or you are not sure what Eva did with your information, everything you need is on this page.
Reach a person
Email us in English or Vietnamese. We read every message and get back to you as soon as we can.
You do not need an Eva account to write to us, and you do not need to explain yourself. If you are reporting something you should not have seen, say so and we will handle it — see Content Policy.
It helps, but is not required, if you tell us the phone number you use to sign in and the name of your salon. Those two are usually enough for us to find what went wrong without asking you more questions.
Never send us your password or a verification code. Eva has no passwords — you sign in with your phone number and a code sent by text. Nobody from Eva will ever ask you for that code. If someone does, it is not us.
Things that go wrong most often
The text message with my code never arrives
Check that the number you typed is the one your phone actually uses, including the area code. Codes expire after 5 minutes — if you are past that, ask for a new one. Some carriers delay messages by a minute or two. If nothing arrives after two tries, email us with the number you are using.
I signed in, but I do not see my salon
Eva is one app for every salon that uses it, so you choose your salon the first time. You can join by scanning the QR code at the front desk, or by typing the salon's 6-character code, which the front desk can read out to you. If neither works, the salon may not be set up with Eva yet.
Check-in does not detect that I am at the salon
Eva can notice the salon's check-in beacon over Bluetooth, but only while the app is open and only inside that salon. It never runs in the background and it does not collect your location. If it does not pick up the beacon — Bluetooth off, a phone that blocks it, or a salon without one — scan the QR code at the front desk instead. That way always works.
My points or gift card are wrong
Reward points and gift cards are issued and honoured by your salon, not by Eva. Eva records them and shows them to you. If a balance looks wrong, the salon is the one who can correct it, so ask the front desk first. If you think Eva is displaying it incorrectly, email us and we will check the record.
I want a photo of my nails taken down
In the app, open the technician's page and use Report — at the top of the page, or on a photo while you are viewing it. Reported photos are hidden immediately, automatically, before any person looks at them. A person then reviews it. If you are looking at a public page in a browser and do not use the app, email us instead. Full detail: Content & Moderation Policy.
I just do not want to see someone's page
That is different from reporting, and it does not involve anyone else. In the app, open the technician's page, use the flag at the top, and choose Hide this page. It is only for you, nobody is told, and nothing is removed for anyone else. You can undo it any time under Your profile › Hidden pages.
Delete your account
You can delete your Eva account from inside the app — you do not have to ask us. Open Your profile and choose Delete my account. You will be asked to type the last 4 digits of your phone number to confirm.
This erases your Eva profile, your sign-in and your notification settings. Your visit history, reward points and gift cards belong to the salon and stay in the salon's own records — which also means that if you sign up again later with the same phone number, your salon may still recognise you. We say this plainly in the app before you confirm, and in full in the Privacy Policy.
Your information
What Eva collects, why, who else sees it, and how long it is kept is written out in plain English — including the parts most people want to check first: location is used only when you tap “I'm on my way”, Bluetooth never runs in the background, and photos you send in chat go only to your salon.
- Privacy Policy What we collect, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and how to delete your account and everything attached to it.
- Terms of Service The agreement between you and Eva. Includes the part people most often want: reward points and gift cards are a commitment of your salon, not of Eva.
- Content & Moderation Policy What may be posted, what is never allowed, how to report something, what happens after you report it, and how quickly.
- Legal & Safety One page that gathers all three documents, how to report content, and how to reach a person.
If you own a salon
This page is for people using the Eva customer app. If you run a salon and use Eva at the front desk, on the Eva Staff app, or on the check-in iPad, write to the same address — eva@eva-solution.net — and say which one, so it reaches the right person faster.
