Eva is a software platform built for independent nail and hair salons. An AI receptionist answers every incoming call — booking appointments, quoting services, and handing off to a real person when needed — while connected apps run the front desk: appointments, check-in, customer records, and follow-up.
Small salons lose revenue in two places: calls nobody can pick up while hands are busy, and front-desk work nobody has time to do. Eva covers both in a single system, so the phone line and the appointment book are never out of sync.
A dedicated business phone line answered by Eva. She books appointments, answers service and price questions, and transfers the caller to a staff member when a human is needed. The salon owner can turn Eva off at any time and route calls straight to a person.
A shared calendar across phone, walk-ins and online bookings. Availability is checked per technician and per service duration, so the same slot is never promised twice, and reschedules keep the technician's day intact.
A tablet at the counter checks guests in, tells appointments apart from walk-ins, recognizes returning customers, and calls the next guest by name when a technician is ready.
Every call, booking and visit builds one customer profile: visit history, notes, preferred technician, and a reliability signal drawn from no-shows and late arrivals so the front desk knows what to expect.
After a visit, Eva invites the guest to review. Positive feedback is routed to the salon's public Google listing; negative feedback goes privately to the owner first. Birthday and appointment-reminder messages run automatically.
Owners and technicians see the day's schedule, waiting guests, unread messages and alerts on their own phone, and can call or text a customer without exposing their personal number.
Eva is delivered as a small set of connected applications. A salon can start with the phone line and the staff app, and add the rest as it grows.
Eva is built by a small, founder-led team in Florida for a market it knows first-hand: independent nail and hair salons, most of them family-run, many of them serving customers in more than one language.
Those salons are underserved by general-purpose booking software. Their phone rings while every technician is mid-service; their guests walk in without appointments; their front desk is whoever is closest to the counter. Eva is designed around that reality rather than around a receptionist who does not exist.
The platform is developed and supported in the United States and serves salons operating in U.S. markets only.
We are glad to work through partner and vendor due diligence, and can provide a written platform description, completed security questionnaires, company documentation, and a live product demonstration on request.
Salon owners, partners and vendors are all welcome to reach out directly — messages go to the founder, not a queue.
